Gabriela Stefanova-D’Anna is a Bulgarian pianist and educator, devoted to sharing the beauty of music both on stage and in the classroom. Born on November 7, 1996, in Plovdiv, she discovered the magic of the piano at the age
of five under the guidance of Lyudmila Petrova. Her musical journey continued at the Dobrin Petkov National School of Music and Dance, where she studied
with Antoaneta Genova, and later at the Lubomir Pipkov National Music School in Sofia, under the esteemed mentorship of Prof. Dr. Borislava Taneva. Her pursuit of artistic excellence led her to Vienna, where she began her higher education at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien, studying under Prof. Klaus Sticken. She later refined her skills at the Pancho Vladigerov
National Academy of Music in Sofia and the Accademia Musicale S. Cecilia in Bergamo, Italy, in the class of the legendary Prof. Konstantin Bogino.


A laureate of numerous national and international competitions, Gabriela Stefanova-D’Anna has earned recognition as one of the promising young pianists
of her generation. Her artistic development has been enriched by masterclasses with internationally acclaimed musicians, including Ludmil Angelov, Tamara
Poddubnaya, Johannes Kropfitsch, and Martin Hughes.
She has performed solo recitals in prestigious venues such as the Bulgarian National Radio Halls in Plovdiv and Sofia, the Wittgenstein Cultural Institute in Vienna, and Radiokulturhaus Wien. As a member of the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien student orchestra, she has taken part in concerts that captivated audiences. Additionally, she has performed as a soloist under the baton of renowned conductors such as Kiril Chaplikov, Konstantin Ilievski, and Mikis Michaelides.


Beyond her active concert career, Gabriela Stefanova-D’Anna is a passionate and inspiring educator with seven years of experience in teaching piano to children and adults. Believing in the transformative power of music education, she founded Stefanov Music House three years ago—a dynamic institution dedicated to nurturing young talents and promoting classical music. Thanks to her dedication and personalized teaching approach, her students not only master the art of piano playing but also achieve success in prestigious competitions, following in the footsteps of their mentor.
